Radon in Water Testing

North Country Home Inspections performs radon in water testing for its home inspection clients in Maine and New Hampshire.

EPA Recommends:

  • If you are buying a home or selling your home, have it tested for radon in water.
  • Fix the home if the radon in water level is 4000 picocuries per liter (pCi/L) or higher.
  • Radon levels less than 4000 pCi/L still pose a risk and may be reduced.

Radon in water testing is performed according to EPA and Maine or New Hampshire state protocols.  We are licensed and certified to perform radon testing in the state of Maine, as required by law.

Our fee for radon in water testing is $75.
