Seller Home Inspection

Sometimes properties are inspected before they're listed and shown.  A Seller Inspection is sometimes called a pre-listing inspection.  In most cases, the seller buys and pays for the inspection.

Key Benefits

  • Compliance with full disclosure laws
  • Pre-determine any problems, defects and safety hazards and repair them prior to showing
  • Avoid unpleasant lawsuits after the sale

Description

The Seller Inspection is a thorough, in-depth visual examination of the structure and operating components of the home, performed by trained professionals.  A trained inspector will be at your home for 2 to 3 hours.  And you're invited to follow the inspector step by step.  We want you to come along and see for yourself.  Ask lots of questions.  We expect it.  When the inspection is over, the inspector will prepare a 33 page bound Property Inspection Report that gives easy-to-read details which the inspector will review with you.
