Inspection Fees

A few words about our fees.... You will find that our fees are not the lowest around and probably not the highest either. The average home inspection runs two to three hours in the field, another hour or two in travel time to and from the inspection and at least another two to three hours back at the office to prepare the inspection report. Add the cost of insurance, fuel, continuing education, association fees, legal fees, and so on. You get the picture. Home inspectors who charge less either don't value their time or they take a few shortcuts or they aren't insured or educated. As they say, you get what you pay for.
