Inspection Fees
A few words about our fees.... You will find that our fees are not the lowest around and probably not the highest either. The average home inspection runs two to three hours in the field, another hour or two in travel time to and from the inspection and at least another two to three hours back at the office to prepare the inspection report. Add the cost of insurance, fuel, continuing education, association fees, legal fees, and so on. You get the picture. Home inspectors who charge less either don't value their time or they take a few shortcuts. We'll leave it to you to guess which it is.

General Home Inspection*

All home inspections include a two to three hour general inspection governed by MeCHIPs (Maine Coalition of Home Inspection Professionals) and InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) standards, pest screening, mold screening, a verbal summary at the end of the inspection, unlimited phone consultations and a next day, photo-illustrated online report. A printed report can be sent via USPS Priority mail upon request.
