We've had several home inspections over the years, and this one was far superior to anything we've had in the past. We were very impressed by the level of service, attention to detail, and willingness to explain any detected issues/problems that may need to be addressed in the future, resulting in potential added expenditures after purchasing the property. In addition, the quality of the online inspection report is terrific, as it outlines every exception item that was found and also provides resources/guidance on how to fix any problems. I always feel better about purchasing a property when a certified home inspector takes a look. It tells me alot about the value vs. cost of the poperty. I think the associated fee is similar to insurance, it is well worth the fee especially if it uncovers an issue that becomes important to forming the overall deal. thanks for your help, tim mitchell
